ABOUT US?

“We are the Agrarian Cooperative of Entrepreneurial and Resilient Farming Families of Peru – CAFCER, founded on February 14, 2022. We currently have 404 members, located in the provinces of Moyobamba and Lamas. Our producer members are spread across these provinces, regions with high coffee productivity and climatic conditions that favor the quality of the coffee produced by the cooperative members – CAFCER.”

Technical Assistance for Members

Technical assistance to members facilitates increased coffee productivity and improves family economies

Environmental Protection with Vetiver

We promote and use vetiver as a control for wastewater, which is considered an environmental pollutant

Organic Fertilizer Production

We actively promote the production of organic fertilizers from coffee residues, which will be used to enhance soil fertility.

Our products

Currently, the CAFCER cooperative has 879.8 hectares with a productivity of 1,294,776.4 kg of parchment coffee.

Organic

441.8 hectares are managed under the USDA NOP Organic and Rainforest Alliance Sustainable standards, producing 612,039.9 kg of parchment coffee.

Conventional

438 hectares are managed conventionally, producing 612,039.9 kg of parchment coffee
